it's [official]

so so so... it is official. Joe and I have come to an agreement on our sweet little girls name. no more well...this or that name.. it is a for sure thing now. Her name is going to be Ryah Jane Denhalter. I just learned this last weekend that Joe has a great grandma whos middle name was Jane. I think her first name was kaziah or some kind of cool name like that, but Joe's cousin already got to that. But Jane was the only middle name we could really come up with that goes with Ryah. I guess its just a bonus that Joe has a great grandmother with that name. But anyway, more official news from this past week is that my brother and sister-in-law had their baby,her name is Emma Ray. She is a doll, they are going to be great parents. It gets me so excited to see new babies, i cant... cant wait to see Joe and i's little one.

why be a mean-spirited, intellecutaly-stunted moral barbarian?

A couple nights ago Joe and I watched a war movie and for some reason it really got me thinking on a few things about our country. Then we went to dinner and I saw a picture that was like wow...it was The Statue of Liberty crying...I won't go into detail how I was relating all of these things in my head to the church, but I do want to share with you something I found that might make you think. The guy who wrote this had so many interesting things to say, but this was great...He's just talking about how people have become mean-spirited, intellectually-stunted moral barbarians and can't express empathy or guilt...it deffinatly makes me want to be better...He gives us the examples Jesus left us to follow and then shows how people now react to those attributes.
The poor in spirit are considered to be impotent and irrelevant in a culture that thrives on egoism and self-promotion.
Those who mourn over moral injuries and tragedies are instructed to “get over it,” take some pills to mask the pain, and “move on”.
The meek are crushed by aggressive, acquisitive mobs.
Those who hunger and thirst after righteousness find that their efforts to satisfy, slake or quench are in vain as they wander a seemingly endless spiritual wasteland.
The merciful are considered weak and fall prey to those who abuse their compassion for their own personal gain.
The pure in heart are exploited as a reward for their decency.
The peacemakers are ridiculed as idealists, cowards, and collaborators with the latest enemy our plutocracy has created to justify its endless wars.

31 weeks! (2 more months)

So for everyone who wants to see a belly, y o u got it. Here I am at 31 weeks, i've already started my 2 a week appointments. woahhh. I can't wait for the little one to get here! My back is already hurting everytime I wake up, I must be sleeping weird? The 80 degree weather already feels like the 120 degree weather, I walk with a slant, I walk so so slow, I have a hard time getting in and out of my car, I can't bend over, I have to lean to the side to grab something, constant runny nose.(don't understand it), swollen feet every time I wake up, I find myself going through the baby cloths I already have over and over again, i'm a little bossy:), my body does odd things...(moms understand) my dreams get weirder and weirder...and i'm going to the batheroom constantly! (those are signs of being pregnant right?) wowow, we are so lucky ladies to get to "experience" all of this! haha..oh the joys
