my house is sick.
actually, the house is fine,
everyone in my house is...sick
really sick.
Joe was up all night throwing up.
I have never seen or heard Joe throw up.
He throws up hard.
his whole body is really into it.
Ryah, poor baby has diarrhea,
threw up once and has no appetite.
I just started my period.
sorry for those who get grossed out by that word...
but i did.
and my cramps...wow,
they did not go lightly on me this time.
I just got over what Joe and Ryah have.
and i have eaten two things in about two days.
Joe can't even smell anything remotely disgusting
or else he will ralf.
anyway I was up all night
Firstly cleaning up all of Joes throw up...(Boys do have bad aim..seriously)
He got it all over the rug, all over the toilet, running down the seat,
running down the tub, all over the wood floor
and thennnnnn finally decided to get it into the bathtub. (what a shot)
Then Ryah woke up at about 6:50 am
So I get up
She has a poopy diaper...
go to change it. Diarrhea of course...
My cramps were killing me, trying not to die, I lean my head up against the wall crying,
sitting on the floor
changing Ryah's diaper,
I hearJoe Yacking upstiars.
Yes....Thennnn
RYAH Squirts her diarreah on- me all over me...
and i was like wow..
that is really gross.
how insane can this be?
my cry quickly turned into a laugh.
Then I just started laughing.
but sort of still crying.
ugh. it was a mess..
but it is kind of funny.
with joe and ryah and I, all one big sick family..
I seriously lost 7 lbs over night.
not a healthy 7.
I havn't weighed this much sense 8th grade.
Joe- I'm sure lost a good 7-10 lbs last night.
and Ryah, she is sick...but she is still happy. not as sick as Joe and I..
I hope and pray she doesn't catch it.
or we will be in trouble.
Got to love the flu...
its a sweet sweet bug.
what i learned: it feels better to laugh then cry.
Like Sister Hinkley said, " I've cried too many tears, I've learned to laugh instead of cry."
I think i just learned...

what my weekend looked like
I had the best weekend ever. My dear sweet Joseph surprised me once again and took me to Colorado.
He always plans the best birthday/Valentines day gifts. Lucky for him, he only has to get me one gift for the valentines day/birthday... haha yeah but its always one huge gift.
Joe arranged for our parents to take care of Ryah while he took me away for the weekend. It was so weird not having her and I couldn't wait to get back to her.
We went snowboarding for two strait days and Loved loved loved it. We had so much fun...especially meeting new people on the lift, pulling out their alcohol and asking us if we would like a drink.
silly nice people, willing to share.
For Valentines day we went out to eat, all the fancy restaurants were full with like an hour and a half wait, so as we were driving around I spotted a Denny's.. I asked Joe if we could just eat there, and he giggled and said, "you want to eat at Denny's?"
So we ate at Denny's for Valentines day and it was so yummy, plus no wait.. haha. even better.
Anyway, I have the best husband ever. Thank you babe for the trip! I had so much fun.

This was our lodge, it was so nice, it was about 8 minutes
from the ski resort...Our room was like the honey moon sweet.

There were tons of elk and alot of deer. Everytime we saw
an animal Joe HAD to pull over...bllahh

Valentines night.

The morning we left.

Yay, happy birthday me.
AND this is what I got to come home to!! I was soo so excited
to see her. Joe and I missed her so bad. This was her V-day
outfit. Thanks Kylee for the skirt you made, it was perfect!

Oh how i love this girl.

please say it isn't so
the story goes:
I was called to be the second counselor in the young women a few months ago.
Over time I have been able to get to know the young women pretty well.
They are smart, funny, fun, energetic, and beautiful.
Well we were at mutual and one of the girls told me I look like Lady Gaga...
From then on she said it just about every time I saw her.
I had NO idea who lady gaga was.
A few weeks later I was driving in my car and heard this.
"Lady Gaga is crazy, yeah...maybe crazy looking"
So instantly I came home and finally looked her up.
This is what I found.
Yes, and these are the best pictures of her I could find.
She is indeed crazy.
so thank you Brittney for the ... compliment... i guess...(go me)
oh and sorry for the racy pictures.
This is how i dress often... maybe that's why we look so much alike?

maybe its the bangs?
I don't know.
but i for sure want to know
do i look like this?
do i?

please say it isn't so.
love chelsea gaga...

dear great grandma you are great.
Dear great grandma Milda Farr Jones,
Oh how I wish I could have met you.
I've been told of your beauty on the inside and out.
I have seen pictures in your biography and and now know of how truthful that is.
Look what a great family you have started.
Mom tells me you were the most pleasant, wonderful woman and have a sure ticket to the celestial kingdom.
I then learned you are a direct descendant of Fredrick G. Williams.
How wonderful it is to know the continuous flow of family and how it extends so.
I received a picture you painted from my mom and fell in love with it.
I hung it in a white shabby frame and I think you would approve.
I often walk into that small bathroom just to look at that painting.
Actually, I do it very often several times a day.
I deeply love this painting,
it makes me feel funny that it is been sitting in the
back of several different closets for over 30 years...unseen.
and finally....it has reached my home
where it belongs.
Thank you so much great grandma.
I cant wait to meet you, where you can teach me to paint those beautiful pictures...
i love you,
love great grand daughter Chelsea Denhalter

Is it not amazing?
i love it.
